Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the CoreSync platform (the “Service”), operated by CORESYNC TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. (Company Registration No. 202601000115) (“CoreSync”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

CoreSync is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform that enables businesses to manage contacts, projects, quotations, invoices, and related business operations. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and subject to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Upload or transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or malicious content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission from CoreSync.

5. Data & Privacy

We are committed to protecting your data. All data you input into the Service remains your property. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you consent to our data processing practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • Your data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties.
  • You may export your data at any time via the Data Management settings.
  • Upon account termination, your data may be deleted after a retention period as specified in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including the CoreSync name, logo, software, and content, are owned by or licensed to CORESYNC TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD.. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

7. Subscription & Billing

  • Access to the Service may require a paid subscription.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable prior notice. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CORESYNC TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
